SoulMatch is intended strictly for individuals aged 18 and older.

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users.

1. Age Requirement

SoulMatch does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to create accounts or use the platform. By creating an account, users confirm that they are at least 18 years old.

If we become aware of an account belonging to a minor, the account will be permanently removed.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

SoulMatch has zero tolerance for:

• Exploitation of minors
• Sexualization of minors
• Grooming behavior
• Trafficking
• Abuse or harassment

Any account found engaging in such behavior will be immediately suspended and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Reporting & Moderation

Users can report inappropriate behavior or content directly within the app.

Reports are reviewed and acted upon promptly.

We actively remove content or accounts that violate our policies.

4. Account Removal

Users may delete their account at any time from within the app.
